How do I sign up for a dropshipping account?

Are there any fees to dropship with Colourblocker?

Nope! We’re one of the only Australian Free Dropshipping Companies in Australia.

So if you start using our dropship services today - you get a free subscription fee, and there's no fulfilment fee or monthly subscription cost.

The price you see on our website (when logged in as a merchant) is the price you pay! (If you feel that our prices are too low, please feel free to send us a fiver for the coffee fund.)

 


Where can I find information about your inventory stock and pricing updates?

Simply login to your merchant dashboard and you’ll find all the info you need (and maybe even a little more)!

 

 

Do you provide access to images and product descriptions?

Of course! Everything you need can be found in our CSV downloads.

Do you do bulk wholesale and what are your wholesale prices?

A. Yes but It’s a secret... send us an email and we can hook you up with a wholesale price list. We are one of the leading Australian wholesale suppliers, and we provide both wholesale and drop shipping.

 

 

How do we place orders to dropship to customers?

It’s easy! After a customer places an order on your site, login to your account here, locate the product, add it to the cart, enter your customer's shipping details, and select “No Invoice - Dropshipper”. That’s all, folks!

 

 

Where can I check inventory or research a product?

If a product is visible on our website - it means we have enough in stock, and you can dropship that product on any platform of your choice.

Alternatively - you can always download our products feeds to check the current stock via your dashboard 

 


How long does it take to process and send out an order?

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours (usually less) via eParcel with Australia Post.

 


Do you offer express shipping?

Not yet. (All good things are worth waiting for, right?)

Nope. Buy whatever amount you want!


 

Will there be freight charges or other additional charges?

No way! With our drop shipping ecommerce platform, the price you see is the price you pay!


 

Do I need to set up an account in order to become a drop shipper?

Do I have sell my products at a specific price?

We do have suggested RRPs and promotional prices, but you can sell our products for whatever price you want. It’s not our job to tell you how to run your dropshipping store!


 

How much does it cost to create a dropship account with Colourblocker?

Nothing! There is no cost to start dropshipping with us! (You can always send us a chocolate box if you want to say thanks…)

 


What is the returns and refunds policy?

Our goal is to be the best ecommerce platform for drop shipping. If you are not satisfied with a product you’ve received, send us a message and we’ll do what we can to make it right. We can arrange for a return or replacement, and we will refund your purchase if necessary.

 

If you receive a defective item (nobody’s perfect, right?), we may need you to send us a photo of the item so that we can see what’s wrong with it.

Are there any restocking fees?

A: There is a restocking fee of $7.95. The sender will also have to pay return shipping costs. (Sorry, we have to do this to keep our prices low!) does this mean that if a product is defective and u send another one ut, they have to pay 7.95?

 


 

Do you have minimums on products that need to be sold?

A. Nope. Buy whatever amount you want!

Do you hold all items in stock, in Australia?

Yes, almost all our inventory is warehoused here in New South Wales.

That means less time waiting for your order!


 

Are the items tested and known to be quality products?

Yes. We want to provide the best experience for our customers, and we can only do that by selling high-quality merchandise. We wouldn’t sell you anything that we wouldn’t sell to our friends and family (the ones we like, at least).

 

Do you offer branded consumer electronics to be dropshipped?

Currently Colourblocker exclusively supplied our own private label brands and products. We do however work together with ZUMI electronics that are able to provide great discounts for large orders of the hottest brands and products in the consumer electronics range.

 

 

How wil my customers receive tracking?

Your customers will receive a tracking ID via email within 24 hours after we have shipped their order.

 

What countries do you ship to?

For now, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand. We’re growing very quickly, so stay tuned!

 


What shipping methods do you use?

We ship most items with eParcel with Australia Post.

 

How do customers receive a tracking ID?

We’ll email it to them after you make a purchase on their behalf. (Don’t forget to enter their email address!)


 

What payments do you take?

Our payment options are more flexible than a yoga teacher.

We take MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal, and ZIP and Afterpay.

 

 

Do you provide credit?

We accept ZIP, so you can buy now and pay later, interest-free!

 

 

Do you provide bulk orders?

YES. If you purchase wholesale in Australia with Colourblocker you can expect to receive extremely heavy discounts - even with super low MOQs required. Just send us message on what you want to order and we'll send you back a quote.

 

 

Can I sell your products on eBay/Amazon?

Yes. Some dropshipping suppliers have strict restrictions on how you can sell your products, but not us. Our mission is online drop shipping made easy.

 

You are free to sell our products wherever you want, however you want. You can sell our product on your drop shipping websites, Amazon, eBay, or your drop shipping online store. You can even wear a trenchcoat and sell our products in a dark alley! (Don’t blame us if you don’t get any sales doing this!)


 

How can I list products on Shopify?

 

With Shopify, setting up a dropshipping website is a breeze. First, download a CSV from our website for the products you want to list on your dropshipping store. Import this CSV into Shopify. You can use this Dropship with Shopify guide if you're stuck.
